Making an existing questionnaire usable across languages
A multilingual web interface for the existing QCAE questionnaire, with keyboard navigation, local scoring and JSON/CSV export. I define requirements, maintain UI terminology and language-version provenance, and test functionality.
Interface and personal contribution
I created and maintain a web interface for the existing Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy. My work covers requirements, interaction design, keyboard navigation, local scoring, JSON/CSV export and functional checks, using AI-assisted implementation. The source repository identifies the instrument and the publications used for questionnaire variants.
Localisation and terminology
I maintain a UI terminology glossary and check interface wording, language selection and questionnaire variants against their source publications. Language-version provenance is retained so readers can distinguish the interface translation from the questionnaire wording and its underlying evidence.
Testing and scope
I inspect the rendered interface, keyboard behavior, scoring and exported files, and review changes against the requirements. Published questionnaire versions retain their source references; this interface work does not constitute a new psychometric validation.
