Browser extension
Canonical shared source for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari. It preserves MDPI publication detection and adds explainable publisher and post-publication context.
notandia/browser-extension ↗Originally released as MDPI Filter, Notandia is the current public identity of the same continuing open-source project. It preserves the original publication and reference-detection functionality and compatibility-sensitive store identities while expanding toward explainable publisher context and post-publication research-integrity signals.
CVs and applications sent before the rebrand may use the name MDPI Filter or link to its former GitHub organization. Those references document the same project and contribution history presented here. This is the canonical destination for current and future applications.
The current repositories separate the shared browser-extension product from the Zotero integration. Historical technical identities remain only where compatibility or update continuity requires them.

notandia/browser-extension ↗Reference-management integration for applying identifier-based publisher and integrity checks inside Zotero workflows.
notandia/zotero-plugin ↗The existing Chrome extension ID and Microsoft Edge Product ID remain the technical identities used for updates during the rebrand.
The recreated MDPI Filter organization exists only to preserve historical CV and application links. It is not a second active product.
I defined product behavior and identifier- and domain-based matching requirements, tested browser and Zotero workflows, prioritized false-positive avoidance, reproduced failures, inspected API and implementation behavior, guided AI-assisted changes, and maintained documentation, deployment and store operations.
The work is presented as code-literate, AI-assisted technical product operations—not as unaided professional software engineering.
Notandia and MDPI Filter are two names for one continuing product lineage, not two separate portfolio projects.
Notandia is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by MDPI AG, Crossref, Retraction Watch, NCBI, browser vendors or any publisher.
This personal-domain page is the canonical application record even if repositories, organizations or store-facing identifiers change again.
